How families opt in to texts
This is the “Stay in the loop” step of Gymagination’s online family registration form at https://portal.flipbizos.com/join/gymagination-79bd0d (tap Create your account, then it is the third step). The form is public and needs no login. The box below starts unchecked; a parent who leaves it unchecked receives no text messages.

Closures, weather cancellations, schedule changes and coach updates are sent by email. If you turn these off, you won’t hear about them.

What happens next
A parent who ticks the box and finishes registration receives one confirmation text: “Gymagination: You’re subscribed to texts about your athlete’s classes, closures and schedule changes. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” Consent is recorded per phone number with the date and the form it was given on. This form is the only way to sign up for texts. A parent can opt out at any time by replying STOP; replying START afterwards only resumes texts they had already signed up for.
